9 March The Story Republic launches in Liskeard at part of the Vital Spark festival Find out more

22 – 27 April Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra resident in Cornwall! KEAP will be working with Andy Baker the BSO’s Community Musician on work with schools and young people this week. Find out more
MAY
23 May Using Songwriting and Composition in the Classroom. Sing Up training for primary schools. Sing Up member schools free, non members £45. Lead by Hugh Nankivell. 1.30-4.30 Chacewater Village Hall. Get involved!
28-31 May The Story Republic at the Fal River Festival. For children, families and adventurous adults. Come and see us!
JUNE
9 June The Story Republic at the Causley Festival, Launceston Castle. Come and find us at the Causley festival and enjoy some of Causley’s poems performed by our Story Republicans. Get involved!
25 June Artsmark training. Support for schools applying for Artsmark, run by Helen Reynolds at KEAP. 9.30-4.30 at Hall for Cornwall. Find out more
30 June The Story Republic at Quay Day, Golowan, Penzance. From 11am – 3pm, The Story Republicans will be out in the streets armed with stories, words, poems and fun. Find out more

19 July Deadline for the Charles Causley Poetry Competition. Get involved
20 July The Story Republicans will be at both La Frowda in St Just and the ‘Middle of Nowhere Children’s Literature Festival’ nr. Wadebridge. Both well worth a visit!
24 July Launch evening of The Story Republic at The Exchange, Penzance. The whole team will be there for an evening of entertainment. More info.
