I am a dancer, choreographer and teacher specialising in creative, contemporary dance. I have delivered workshops in diverse settings with all ages: from babies to the elderly and everything inbetween. My practice emphasises creativity in choreographic processes, finding ways to form people’s unique choices and ways of moving into performance work.

I am particularly interested in intergenerational dance, bringing people of different ages together to discover and celebrate their differences and similarities in creating choreography. I also have extensive experience as a trainer, project manager and consultant for dance in education projects. My choreographic work has been commissioned for dance festivals in London, Brighton, Oxford and now Falmouth where I have been based since 2008.
