Working in Schools in Cornwall, Arts Education Seminar

In partnership with Cultivator, KEAP is delivering an interactive day of training exploring working as a creative practitioner in schools today. The day will draw upon and add to the existing knowledge of Tough Dough’s Alessandra Ausenda. This range of topics will be covered through the session: best practice and case studies, guide to types of schools and how to reach them, safeguarding, funding possibilities, session planning and networking.

The workshop will be conducted by: Amanda Harris and Helen Reynolds from KEAP and artist Alessandra Ausenda

There is a £20.00 refundable booking fee for the event. This will be refunded on attendance of the workshop. If you do not attend the workshop the booking fee will not be refunded.

As long as you live in Cornwall and are working in the creative industries we’d love you to come along.

Kernow Education Arts Partnership has a long track record of working in schools across the arts. Most recently it has developed The Writers’ Block – a space created by artists and dedicated to supporting creative writing with both children and adults.  Amanda Harris is the Director of KEAP and Helen Reynolds the Development Manager and both are highly experienced project creators and developers.

Alessandra Ausenda is a very experienced freelance visual artist and one half of Tough Dough cic who initiate, design and deliver creative arts projects, events and happenings in Cornwall.
